Terms of Service
To access most of the features of the service you must register for an account. Once you have registered for an account some personal information may be required. You must agree that the information that you have entered to create your account is legitimate and not misleading.
Must be at least 13 years of age. If under the age of 13 guardian is needed in order to create an account.
This service is a product that allows instant sharing to social media accounts through the use of our physical device.
OnePost reserves the right to modify the all or part of the service at any time, this includes but is not limited to complete discontinuation of the service and or product temporarily or permanently without the need of notifying the user.
Users are not allowed to use the service for illegal activity, to harass or cause harm to others, violate the terms of our social media partners and or perform fraudulent activities.
Violation of these terms of service will result in immediate termination of the account along with a notification to the authorities and social media companies involved with said account.
Privacy Policy
Personal information we may collect from the users are things that are needed to verify their identity as well as things that are needed to create their account. These include: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, General Location (City)
For the case of the social media companies we are connected to we may also ask for information that those social medias ask for.
Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household as stated by the CCPA.
Personal information does not include publicly available information that from federal, state, or local government records such as professional licenses and public real estate/property records as stated by the CCPA.
Although the CCPA applies only to California residents we are complying with it even for customers who do not reside in the state of California.

Safety
Must be at least 13 years of age in order to sign up. If the user is under the age of 13 they must have a guardian account that is monitoring the account of the user. Guardian must be 18 years or older.
If the guardian account cannot be proven to be over the age of 18 years or the age of the user can be proven to be under the age of 13 the account will be deactivated.
We also require the user agrees to the terms of service in order to create an account.
Account must be made on the website.
When signing up you should be prompted to enter an email and password in order to create an account with our service.
The email needs to be a legitimate email in order to send a verification link/code that will be used to verify the email.
The password that is created will have to meet specific requirements in order to be a legitimate password.
Once everything is made you will need to enter the email and password that you used to create the account.
